Sidewalk Chalk Art
The annual Sidewalk Chalk Art, sponsored by Republican Valley Arts Council is held in front of Peoples-Webster County Bank immediately following Street Car Days Parade. What started out with a dozen entries has turned into an event with over 60 participants. All ages are welcome. Last year the youngest entrant was 2 and the oldest 37. Come and join the fun!
